Climate
In Patagonia is a very important factor to consider.
The maximum temperature reaches 20C° in summer and descends 0° in winter. The thermal sensation that sometimes produces the wind, causes that the environmental temperature falls of 6 to 7 degrees. Water normally has temperatures between 4 and 5 degrees Celsius.
While it is possible to visit the park throughout the year, it is recommended to do it between October and April, when you can enjoy days with more than 16 hours of light, sunny and with less rain. In low season, it is likely that many services are closed, although the lower number of tourists may be a plus for those seeking greater peace of mind on their trip.

Torres del Paine is a national park encompassing mountains, glaciers, lakes, and rivers in southern Chilean Patagonia.
The Paine Mountain range is the centerpiece of the park. It lies in a transition area between the Magellanic subpolar forests and the Patagonian Steppes. The park is located 112 km (70 mi) north of Puerto Natales and 312 km (194 mi) north of Punta Arenas. The park borders Bernardo O'Higgins National Park to the west and the Los Glaciares National Park to the north in Argentine territory. Paine means "blue" in the native Tehuelche (Aonikenk) language.
